About Angela

Hi! I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, giving me a strong foundation in the sciences and math. I enjoy helping students with their studies, especially in the science/math subjects! I want to support students with patients and clarity so they can build confidence in what they're studying. While I apply to full-time opportunities, I'm excited to offer caregiving support as well. I have a dog and love caring for pets, so I'm happy to help with animals of all kinds. I also have experience volunteering in a hospital, which taught me responsibility and compassion, and I enjoy hobbies like gardening in my free time. I like tutoring because it lets me share what I have learned, in a way that feels encouraging. As someone who loves studying with peers, I see how important it is to interact face to face and how inspiring having a mentor or study buddy can be. I would love to watch students gain confidence and make the hard things easy :))
