I have had the privilege of being able to work with children the past five years of my working life. I worked as a swim instructor and lifeguard for two years in my hometown of Santa Cruz. I taught kids from 7months-12 years old swimming lessons and lifeguarded for open swim. When I moved to Santa Barbara for two years I worked in a government funded after school program that was meant to improve kids test scores through structured curriculums and homework help. I interacted with all 100 kids in the program everyday supervising free play. Each day I taught curriculum and homework help in my own classroom with up to 20 children. When covid started I worked for a family teaching there daughter her online schooling for the 4th grade. When that ended in June I nannied for a family in my hometown from June until beginning of August. I cared for two children age 7months and 3 years. I am currently back in Santa Barbara to move into my new home! I am fun, caring and responsible and love kids!
