Hello Everyone! I am Angela, and as a nanny over the last several years it has been an extraordinary journey! Working with children has always been a passion. I studied Psychology with a concentration in children, and I studied Human Development and Families. I am 6 courses from graduating, and I look forward to returning soon. I have a 5-year-old daughter entering kindergarten, 6 cats, and a rabbit. I enjoy each developmental stage in childhood. I love getting to know each child for the individuals they are, and being there for them through each developmental milestone. Angela is truly talented at what she does. I had severe postpartum anxiety and Angela truly helped me become a better mom by helping to ease, my anxiety and also allowed me to feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter with someone else while I was at work. Not only do I feel like my daughter is safe and well-cared for with Angela, but Angela has enriched my daughters life greatly. She is diligent about minding developmental stages, and also very respectful of family routines and preferences. Her own daughter, who accompanied her to nanny our own daughter, is an absolute delight and helped to socialize our now one and a half-year-old. I truly believe that my daughter is more verbal than your average 18 month old because Angela engaged her in enriching and nurturing care for so many months. Angela is flexible, professional and very receptive. She is a joy to work with!
