Philosophy: - Childhood is shaped not only by major milestones, but everyday moments: learning new skills, working thru challenges, exploring interests&building confidence thru secure attachment -Versed in child development, emotional health&self regulation&using those insights thru observation, experience&personal growth. -I don't primarily define success by academic achievement, developmental milestones, or perfect behavior. I care about those things, but return to a simpler measure of success: children feeling capable, seen&understood.
