I am skilled in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. My experience includes supporting individuals with dementia and managing their medications. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I understand the importance of respecting a person's independence. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have a high school degree.
