I am a licensed Child Care Home Provider, a parent of adult children, a spouse, and a semi retired nurse who loves story time. I'd describe my personality as warm , engaging, and attentive. I like working with kids because it's an opportunity to see new wonders of life through their eyes. I'm looking for a job that allows time for story hour. I started working with children over 40 years ago . In my spare time, I like to read, travel with my spouse, rollerskate, sew, cook, and listen to contemporary jazz music. One thing you should know about me is that I am enjoy story time and encouraging reading. My skills include teaching reading skills by way of phonics, introduction to math skills, and table time activities in short 5 minute intervals .
