I hired her a year ago to take of my 1 year old son. She was good earlier on. But she failed basic nanny qualities like feeding the baby and basic nurturing nature. But then also I kept her as she was punctual. She tried to leave my baby sitting job twice for a higher pay office job as she was unsure she has passion towards babysitting. Both of the job rejected her and she requested me to take her back. I did that without a thought. Today without any notice she sends me an email saying she is leaving my job to care for another family who is paying her more. She said I gave her more task without increasing her pay. FYI she never mentioned to me face to face that she needs a higher pay. She removed all her personal belongings today without me knowing and just left. She also told me not to send her any text/email/call as she has blocked me every where. I am shocked and heart broken.
