I have an ability to assit those in need while respecting their need for independence. Some need a little extra help around the house while other may need assistance with daily personnel care . I like caring for seniors because everyone needs a little help from time to time. I have been working with an elder care company since 2024 . Caregiving seems very natural to me My husband and I enjoy spending time on the lakes in our area Respect, I have had clients with different stages of dementia. They deserve to be treated with respect and as an adult. Calming, I understand that a client with dementia my not recognize reality and as a caregiver, you may need to join their reality to keep them calm . Communication, this may mean different things . Communicating with the seniors family is very important.
