About Angela

I lived and cared for people (2) with special needed in my mother's home growing up for 2 years. I then worked at the Utah State Developmental Center (2yr) for those with special needs at all stages mild to severe, mobile to bed bound, children to geriatric. Also provided respite care for 3 older down syndrome ladies. Working in each of these areas I provided personal care as needed. continuing trainings as per their individual care plan in areas of basic elementary ed, ocp therapy, and life skills. I had the joy to care for a lady who was quadreplegic, I was her companion, hands, and driver. Giving her the opportunity to be as independent as possible. I have raised 6 kids, patience and caring for others is what I do best. Physical and mental safety is something I take seriously, and will protect and preserve their dignity in all things. I hope to earn trust and to become friends with my client and their family so we can have fun while navigating everyday life.
