Angela is kind and quite pleasant to talk to. However, on the few occasions when she assisted with childcare for my son, there were some concerns. She arrived late, canceled at the last minute, and used excessive screen time to entertain the child, despite being aware of our efforts to limit it. Additionally, and this was the most difficult aspect, she spent a significant amount of time on her phone while in the presence of my child, instead of engaging with him. Considering her fees, I was underwhelmed and disappointed by the lack of activities and engagement she provided for him.
