It’s unfortunate that a false review was left on Angela’s profile. I reviewed the messages regarding the one star rating. Angela completed a 30 minute phone interview and was told the next step would be a working interview. A few days later, the plan changed and she was asked to meet for coffee instead. When Angela asked if it would just be the two of them, she was told yes, and she politely declined to move forward. She never requested to meet the potential patient. Given that the interview conditions changed and that unpaid meetings take time away from other potential clients, her decision was reasonable. I can personally speak to Angela’s abilities as a caregiver. My family hired her over a year ago through this site to care for my father, and she provided exceptional care. We truly adored her and still keep in touch. We would not hesitate to hire her again if needed.
