I am an experienced CNA Senior Caregiver and Care Coordinator with a strong background in providing one-on-one care for elderly clients with complex medical and daily living needs. My experience includes oxygen therapy support, ostomy care, medication management, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and daily supervision. I currently work in a lead caregiver/manager role, coordinating caregivers, managing schedules, communicating with doctors, nurses, hospitals, and family members, and helping ensure continuity and quality of care. I am organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in handling situations that require attention to detail and quick decision-making.
