My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I'm skilled at creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method to keep everyone informed. My college education provided a solid foundation for my caregiving skills.
