The caregiver accepted another booking last minute in-spite of all conformations. She messaged me around 12.02 AM saying she confirmed another booking for tomorrow and that was very unclear. My card has been charged for all 7 hrs. She didn’t show up. I had to take off from the office to take care of my 10 months old. Very disappointed.
