I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I believe understanding your loved one's preferences and history is key. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I have some college education and current CPR Training. Helping your family brings me great joy.
