About Anella

I have been a nanny since September of 2018 and have cared for eight beautiful little ones in that time. My experience is with infants and toddlers. I prefer this age group because of how much they absorb and how quickly they grow. They need the most care and attention, and that is what I am willing to give them. I focus on enrichment for the baby, exposing them to new sights, sounds, and environments. They are sponges at this age, and I encourage them to learn as much as they can. Reading, singing, and practicing fine motor function; which I believe is good for all children. Another thing I like to do is teach the baby basics in sign language. This helps with communication when they are still unable to articulate words. I always want to make sure that I abide by the parent's preferred methods of child rearing. Each family has their own focus for their children and I will always respect that.
