About Aneisa

I have extensive hands-on experience working with children of various ages through both family and independently operated childcare settings. While in high school, I assisted my mother with her in-home daycare for four years, supporting daily routines, supervising children, preparing meals, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Building on that foundation, I later operated my own in-home daycare, where I was responsible for child supervision, age-appropriate learning activities, daily schedules, parent communication, and maintaining a clean, structured, and supportive space. These experiences strengthened my ability to manage multiple children, build positive relationships with families, and create a caring environment that supports children's growth and development.
