Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. With 25+ years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous care roles have been incredibly positive, motivating me to continue this fulfilling work. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college education and speak both English and Spanish. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family gives me purpose.
