I have 3 NYS Certifications: English as a New Language, Physical Education, and Health Education. Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With five years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students excel in Math, English, and Sports & Fitness. I believe every student possesses unique potential, and I unlock this by actively listening to their needs and observing how they interact with new material. To keep learning engaging, I connect complex concepts to real-world examples and personal interests. I prioritize clear communication with both students and parents to ensure we stay aligned on goals and progress. My greatest joy is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks.
