Responsibilities include: - Activities of Daily Living: Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using restroom. - Mobility and Safety: Turning and repositioning, transfer between beds and wheelchairs. - Vital Signs and Monitoring: Measuring blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate and temperature. - Basic Comfort and Environment: Answering calls, stocking supplies, sanitizing equipment, changing linens and preparing light meals. - Clinical Communication: Frontline observer to report critical changes in condition or changes in status.
