About Andy

I am a fun-loving and structured caregiver! I have worked in various forms of childcare over the years, from personal family nannying, childcare centers, tutoring, non-profit and at-risk youth teams. I am 36 years old, married to the woman of my dreams and we're on our way to adopting our beautiful baby girl after several years as a licensed foster home. My family is my world and I'm on a life journey to continue to love what I do for a living! I have recently started working on building my own business and would like to nanny part-time to continue that focus in my off hours. I embrace choice language, patience based processes, and encouraging the independent growth and personality of every little person! Creating a schedule, open communication and respect for one another ranks high on my caregiver list as well! I am happy to do some home schooling, homework help, light housekeeping, some basic meal prep and errand running as needed. I am CPR/first-aid certified as well.
