Hello! My name is Andy. I have personal experience providing care to a disabled sibling, as well as experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with seniors with developmental disabilities. One of my life passions is learning about people and their stories. I find great fulfillment in learning my clients' unique personalities and what makes life enjoyable for them. I firmly believe that caring for an individual involves knowing not only what is important for them, but what is deeply important to them.
