About Andy

Hello! My name is Andy. I bring a unique blend of deep personal dedication and professional experience to child care. As an older sibling, I helped raise my younger brother who is autistic, which provided me with extensive, firsthand experience supporting neurodivergent children with patience, structure, and genuine care. Additionally, I bring professional experience from in a before-and-after school program caring for elementary school students. I love learning what makes each child unique and tailoring our time together to their specific interests and needs. I am highly experienced in managing daily routines, assisting with homework, and creating a safe, engaging environment. I look forward to supporting your family!
