Dear future employer, Seeking a position at your establishment because I believe I am a well-qualified applicant. I am attending Sierra College for my Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Working with children of various ages and disabilities for 6 years as a nanny, after school day care teacher, volunteer at group homes, and as a swim instructor. As well as working with dementia clients and mentally disabled adults for a year. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my perspectives. In my past experiences I have observed a lot of different teaching strategies; however, I think helping an individual expand and find their originality within themselves is the best approach. Assisting a person to find out their likes and dislikes, what they already know, and what they want to know is apart of their growing stages. I am there to help fill in the blanks by giving them materials and resources they need to fulfill their dreams. I believe in creating a positive.
