About Andrew

I like tutoring because coming from a non-English speaking family, my parents were not always able to overcome language barriers in helping with my studies. My parents continued to invest in my education and invested in wonderful tutors that not only helped guide me with my education, but also got me where I am today with 8 years of experience in healthcare. I started tutoring when I was finishing my neuroscience degree in 2016. I had to take a break from tutoring as I started my career, but I am now trying to return to this work and pay forward services that inspired my success. I am an expert in biology, chemistry, physics, algebra, geometry, and calculus. But I am also experienced in test taking, essay writing, and reading comprehension strategies. I am passionate about my community, especially regarding the importance of education. I am hoping to use my experiences to inspire curiosity and excitement in learning.
