I hired Andrew to care for my 5 year old son for a couple of days while we were visiting Portland and I had to work. In the hiring process, Andrew stood out because he was responsive and an excellent communicator, and he came with outstanding references. Andrew was wonderful with my son. It's a lot to ask someone to spend an 8 hour day with a kid they've never met before, and Andrew handled it beautifully, coming up with a range of activities and meeting my son where he was at. As a parent, it's hard to leave your kid with a total stranger, but I trusted Andrew completely. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
