About Andrew

Hello, my name is Andrew. I'm a recent graduate from UC Irvine with a B. A. in Psychological Science and I am currently working toward a career in Occupational Therapy. I tutor K-8 English, Math, and Science. I'm strong at breaking concepts down in a simple, practical way so kids actually understand what they're learning. I've spent 2+ years working in YMCA after-school programs, helping students with homework, explaining tough topics, and keeping them on track. I know how to keep kids focused without stressing them out. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing electric guitar, weightlifting, and playing basketball. I really look forward to possibly meeting you and helping your child become more confident in their schooling.
