I'm experienced in handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, and incorporating memory care activities into care. I provide transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands. I also help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and mobility. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have some college education, and I am first aid trained.
