About Andrew

Hi! I'm a licensed social worker with over a decade in the helping profession. I've supported elders through work in community centers and medical settings. I'm familiar with the particular experience of aging, the demands that puts on a person, and the need for support and company to live in optimal mental, emotional, and physical health. I'd describe my personality as calm, enthusiastic, considerate. I like caring for seniors because they're an often overlooked population that deserves the same care we all do. I'm looking for a job that is relaxed and flexible. I started caring for seniors formally when I was in social work school. I interned in a community program for early-onset dementia and worked at a nursing home on weekends. In my spare time, I like to be with my friends, read, play and listen to music, see movies, and be outside. One thing you should know about me is that I enjoy being with other people. My skills include conversation, listening, and honesty.
