I'd describe my personality as calm, curious, and compassionate. I like tutoring because everyone learns in their own way. And I love discovering how students learn. Finally, as I help the students learn, I also learn. I learn about the subject matter, the student, and myself. I'm looking for a part-time job that is flexible but reliable. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, cook, go on walks with my wife and our dog, and yoga and meditation. And the occasional House of Dragos binge watch. One thing you should know about me is that I used to work in the restaurant industry for nearly 15 years as a chef. I am great for helpful little tips and tricks to make your meals taste just that much better. My skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a strong understanding of different learning styles.
