Andre was care giver my non verbal autistic son , he was attentive, (did not see him playing on his phone at all) caring,followed directions to dispense medication perfectly , very good correspondence, Andre took him to classes music, art , cooking - he also traveled to our second home 80 miles away to help out. Andre is responsible, professional , hard worker, I plan on using his series again in future .
