I understand that children are children. I know the difference between someone who is malicious and someone who needs guidance. Children are the latter. They do not deserve to be yelled at nor punished for their honest mistakes. Rather, they need someone to be an example for them. Working with children gives me responsibility. When people depend on me, it encourages me to do my best. I want to do my best to make children feel welcomed in this world. My experience with children comes from 9 months interning at an elementary school where I was a teacher assistant for a second grade class. The children I helped were around 8 years old, but I am open to helping you with any children aged 4 years and up.
