About Andreiana

We were incredibly fortunate to have Andreiana’s care for our son from the time he was 16 months old until he was 2.5 years old. During this important stage of his development, she was consistently patient, calm, and deeply engaged with him. She was highly interactive and always present, fostering a nurturing environment where he felt safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. Her deep experience with babies and toddlers made her not only a wonderful caregiver, but also a great source of intuition and a truly collaborative partner. She offered thoughtful insights while always respecting our preferences and parenting style. She was extremely receptive to feedback and open to any resources, methods, or approaches we wanted to use, implementing them with care and intention. She was also wonderfully proactive, regularly planning age-appropriate activities, arts and crafts, and creative play that supported our son’s development while keeping him excited and engaged. Her calm demeanor, combined with her initiative, creativity, and experience, made a noticeable and positive impact on our child’s growth and happiness. She also handles the chaos of our home (wfh, dog, cat, etc) exceptionally. She prepared meals, kept toys rotated, put aside clothes that were too small, and helped with countless other things that can add up on the parent’s mental load. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family would be lucky to have her as a nanny, and we are deeply grateful for the care, dedication, and love she showed our son every day.
