With 28 years of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I create a patient, engaging environment where critical thinking thrives. I assess each student's unique style through active observation, tailoring my approach with visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure concepts truly click. When topics become challenging, I bridge the gap by connecting material to real-world interests and celebrating every small victory. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill remains the most rewarding part of my work.
