Andrea has incredible insight into not merely meeting the physical needs of an individual, but actually developing authentic, loving connections that give her clients the assurance that she truly values them, their feelings, their history, and ultimately their humanity. I've known Andrea for years & actually worked with her in regards to one of her loved ones with Alzheimer's, for whom she directly cared. I witnessed how much she did for him, and how well she could maneuver what could have been very upsetting & even potentially hazardous circumstances through her effective communication skills with her loved one.
