I had an interview scheduled with Andrea, but unfortunately, she didn’t show up and did not communicate beforehand to cancel or reschedule. Punctuality and clear communication are crucial qualities, especially when caring for young children, so this was disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her as a reliable candidate.
