About Andrea

I have 13 years of childcare experience and 9 in Early Childhood Education, working with children isn't just a job for me, it's my calling. I've worn many hats in the child care world: I was a Head Start teacher for 2 years, Preschool teacher for 6 helping young children build strong social, emotional, and academic foundations. I also spent 3 years as a private nanny. My teaching and caregiving style is warm, patient, and engaging. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and building strong, trusting relationships. I love getting down on their level, whether it's creating messy art, singing silly songs, reading stories with all the voices, or helping with school routines. I take pride in being both fun and firm, always prioritizing the child's development, well-being, and happiness.
