About Andrea

Hi, I'm Andie! I bring over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience, working with children from infancy through age 18. My background includes two years in the adolescent mental health field, giving me a deeper understanding of emotional development and well-being. I've also worked as a preschool teacher and currently teach theatre part-time-blending education and creativity in meaningful ways. My childcare philosophy centers on creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can thrive through imagination, learning, and play. I believe every child deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and free to be themselves. Whether we're exploring stories, engaging in creative play, or navigating daily routines, I aim to bring patience, empathy, and a sense of fun to everything I do.
