About Andrea

Hi! A bit about myself- I am originally from North Dakota and studied and received my BFA with an emphasis in painting at NDSU. I recently moved to Des Moines with my partner, who works as an associate professor at ISU. I'm an oil painter, and am planning to get my MFA next fall of 2024 in Chicago. I am looking for a family that I feel a solid, genuine connection with. I want to feel trusted with the love of your life. My hours are flexible- but I'm looking for something more than 30/week. I've been working with children for about a decade- but my real, meaningful experience comes from my last position. I started working with her full time when she was 6m until 2. 5y. I did some nannying, tutoring, and babysitting prior to this as well.
