Hi! My name is Andrea , I'am 33 years old, currently I have 17 years of experience in childcare, I am patient, responsible and I understand that each child is different and each has different personal needs, I am loving and I like May each child receive the love and attention he deserves from me. I have experience working with kids with autism, ADHD, newborn and toddler !!!!

I've given a lot of thought if I wanted to share our experience or not but don't want someone else to have the same experience that we had. 

We hired Andrea to care for our two children on Tuesdays for a regular schedule, as I own a therapy business where I need to see clients during the day. The first Tuesday she was with our boys was great, a few hiccups but overall good. She then said she would be going on a cruise and confirmed for the following Tuesday that she would be available. 

That Tuesday came and when she didn't arrive at 9am I text her, to which she replied her daughter was sick so she wouldn't be able to make it. No advance notice given. I had to cancel my clients for that day and reschedule for the following Tuesday. I decided to text Andrea to make sure she was available the day before, and received no response until later that night after a second text message. She said she would get back with me and never did. I have again had to cancel another day of work because of this. I would not recommend Andrea, just with her communication to even schedule or be consistent. Yes, she was great with my children the one day she was here but the rest is not worth that struggle.

She is been great with my kids, she is kind and patient, and my kids love her so much. She is been so helpful with all my family and she is trustworthy. If you are looking for the right person for you family she is the right one. We love you Andrea

Andrea has been our incredible nanny for the past 7 months. She is patient, kind, energetic, fun, dependable, and trustworthy. Our family has been blessed to have her caring for our 5 and 6 year olds. She's also been wonderful with our 2 dogs and older kids as well! Andrea is excellent with managing a hectic family's schedule, helping kids with homework, preparing healthy snacks/meals, and ensuring each activity flows smoothly into the next. Her gentle, calm, and graceful demeanor is apparent in even the most challenging situations. I admire how she handles our strong willed child's behavior while remaining cool and collected at all times. Andrea brought joy into our home each day with her warm smile and kind presence. Our children love her like family. She is a "hands on" caregiver that will actually get on the floor with the kids to play barbies, play with legos, and engage fully with your children. If you're looking for a caregiver that is truly exceptional, you will love Andrea!
