About Andrea

Hi! My name is Andrea, and I'm a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Educational Studies. I have 3 years of experience supporting children with special needs and 4+ years of experience working in childcare. Through my college field placements, I also completed over 300 hours in elementary classrooms, where I gained hands-on experience supporting student learning, planning lessons, and teaching in real classroom settings. I have also completed a significant amount of professional development classes/training outside of my studies. I believe every child learns differently, and I'm passionate about helping students build confidence through patient, individualized instruction. Whether your child needs extra support, homework help, or enrichment, I strive to create a positive, engaging learning environment where they feel encouraged to ask questions, take on challenges, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
