I recently lost my lovely lady that I have been caring for for the last 5 years. Some things I did for her was: cook meals, go shopping, pharmacy and other errands she needed. Took her to doctors appointment and communicated with family. Set up med box for the week and refilled medication as needed. Maintained the cleanliness of her home and made sure she had all supplies needed. Hygiene needs, showering, toiling, laundry and helping stay active and assistance with PT.
