Andrea was perfectly on time. She was great with our 1.5 year old and they got along together literally immediately. She was helpful and patient with our many and particular parent instructions and she was flexible and gracious when our timeframe our return home got unexpectedly extended. I can certainly recommend her for others in need of help.
