My next job is a family with toddlers I stayed with them for five years. I had three more families throughout the years leading up to now. I am honest, dependable, organized. Annie has been with our almost 4 year old for almost 2 years and has been above and beyond what we had expected. Our son has been going through early intervention for some development delays and Annie really took it upon herself to help with his therapies. She regularly participated in them and continued to work with him at home. Specifically with activities of daily living, she personally is responsible for taking him from well below average to now meeting expectations! And, of course, she is always punctual, has almost never called out, and become an integral part of our family. Our son is starting full time preschool soon and it doesn't make sense for her or us to continue so we reluctantly have to say goodbye.
