About Andrea

I am a patient and confident caregiver with 25+ years of experience working with children of all ages. I am currently a substitute teacher, but I am seeking a permanent, full-time (30-40 hours) position where I can build relationships and support a nurturing home environment for children. Expectations and boundaries are clearly communicated and consistently enforced with patience, kindness, and understanding. I'm a lifelong learner who is committed to continuing education, and I enjoy researching and problem-solving any challenging situations that may arise with the children in my care.
