About Andrea

Hello! My name is Andrea and I recently moved back to Escondido from a temporary move to the east coast. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and 8 years of experience in field of Applied Behavioral Analysis where I've learned how to work with children/people with diverse behavior and communication challenges. I conducted daily individualized therapy sessions, gaining skills and passion for helping children and families. For the last three years, I have worked as a paraeducator at an alternative school for students with intense behavioral and safety needs along with respite care for families with children who have special needs and nannying/babysitting experience with references. I love kids, have some gaps in my current caregiving schedule and would love fill it with childcare.
