Andie was so wonderful! She had such a calming, kind, and engaging personality. My daughter immediately felt comfortable with her. Andie communicated promptly and asked about my daughter before arriving, and then really focused on getting to know R. and her interests. R. had a few toddler tantrum moments, but Andie diffused and redirected her so well. I would absolutely love to have Andie baby sit R. regularly. I also appreciated the endeavor to tidy up the toddler chaos!
