Andrea is the best! She watched my youngest for about a year until he was ready for preschool. She would also watch our other 2 school-aged children on some weekends or school breaks, so during those times, she would nanny 3 kids between the ages of 1-7. She has basically been with our family for 2 years but don't require her assistance full-time anymore. We continue to use her for random nights and weekends. She has also traveled with our family on a few trips now and has become part of our family. The kids look for her during their days off from school and are very excited to see her on the random days we need her. We are so happy she has become a part of our lives.
