About Andrea

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver with three years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing nurturing care. I have a college degree and coursework in Child Development. I am comfortable caring for 1-4 children at a time as I have worked as a Behavioral and Academic Aide supporting children who struggle with mental and behavioral challenges while maintaining a fun and safe environment in the classroom. I maintain open communication with parents through daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities with children. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I am happy to help with carpooling and swimming supervision. I speak both English and Spanish. I own 3 dogs, so I'm comfortable around pets. Seeing children grow and discover new things brings me so much joy!
