About Andrea

Hi! My name is Andrea and I am currently a grad student studying SLP. I work per diem at MMC Portland on the Oncology floor and have over two years of experience there. I have been a caregiver for both my mother and grandmother. I lost my mom to ALS and Frontotemporal Dementia two years ago and during her battle I was her primary caregiver while my dad worked. Over the past year I took care of my grandmother following her Alzheimer's diagnosis before her transition to assisted living. My mission is to make your loved one's day easier and more comfortable while providing you some peace of mind. I believe in your loved one maintaining independence and individual voice and will support or guide gently to the degree that feels good, not overbearing! Looking forward to meeting you and your family and seeing what I can take off your plate. I also love to cook! So would be happy to put something on your plate too.
